INFORMATION NOTE ON COVID-19

As a consequence of the health alert situation we are facing, this establishment has decided to adopt the following measures in order to guarantee the safety and tranquility of all our clients and workers:

  • Access will not be allowed to people with a body temperature greater than 37.3 oC. All clients must allow the measurement of their temperature in order to access the premises, which will be carried out by our staff without contact with the client.
  • In compliance with the new regulations imposed by the Community of Madrid, all adults or minors not accompanied by an adult, will provide their name and DNI upon arrival at the premises in order to maintain a tracking record in case of infection of a client.
  • The use of the mask is mandatory at all times except during the consumption of food or drink.
  • It is mandatory to wash your hands with the hydroalcoholic liquid dispensers available in the hall and lobby of the toilets upon arrival at the premises and its frequent use is highly recommended.
  • The congregation of more than 4 people in the same group of tables is not allowed.
  • Tables, chairs and sofas will be disinfected after each client’s use. 
  • Our premises have an air extraction system that achieves the complete renewal of this every 5 minutes.

NOTA INFORMATIVA SOBRE COVID-19

Como consecuencia de la situación de alerta sanitaria ante la que nos encontramos, este establecimiento ha decidido adoptar las siguientes medidas con el objeto de garantizar la seguridad y tranquilidad de todos nuestros clientes y trabajadores:

  • No se permitirá el acceso a las personas con una temperatura corporal mayor a 37,3 ºC. Todos los clientes deberán permitir la medición de su tª para poder acceder al local, la cual será realizada por nuestro personal sin contacto con el cliente.
  • En cumplimiento de la nueva normativa impuesta por la Comunidad de Madrid, todo adulto o menor no acompañado por un adulto, facilitará su nombre y DNI a su llegada al local con objeto de mantener un registro de rastreo en caso de infección de algún cliente.
  • Es obligatorio el uso de la mascarilla en todo momento excepto durante la consumición de comida o bebida.
  • Es obligatorio lavarse las manos con los dispensadores de líquido hidroalcoholico disponibles en sala y vestíbulo de los aseos al llegar al local y muy recomendable su uso frecuente.
  • No se permite la congregación de más de 4 personas en un mismo grupo de mesas.
  • Las mesas, sillas y sofás serán desinfectadas tras el uso de cada cliente.
  • Nuestro local dispone de un sistema de extracción de aire que consigue la renovación completa de este cada 5 minutos.
